We’re excited to announce the winners of this year’s Early Ethical Entrepreneur Pitch Competition. We want to congratulate David Titeu, founder and director of Linkmate, for taking home first prize, winning over $51,000 of in-kind prizes. We’d also like to congratulate Amanda Morgan, director and head of research and development at Fungi Solutions for winning not only this year’s People’s Choice Award but also the Red Hat Impact and Climate Futures Awards.
Finalists of the Early Pitch will pitch their ethical start-up or ethical enterprise idea to social entrepreneurial leaders who are influential in the community and who have the mentoring skills and resources to support entrepreneurs or enterprises to make a concept a reality. The Winner of the pitch competition will be part of the Early Pitch Booster Program, providing access to mentorship, professional services, and advice valued at over $51,000.
At the pitch competition, we will also invite the audience to participate in the people’s choice award where conference delegates will be able to vote for their favourite pitch and the winner of the Early Pitch Competition and the People's Choice will be announced at the Ethical Enterprise Award Dinner on the 7th of December 2021
