Lisa Zipkis is a business executive with over 10 years of experience working with start-ups, multinational research & development organizations and government within Latin America, the US, and Australia.

Currently, Lisa holds a position of Senior Manager, Strategy at Invest Victoria, where her primary focus is on attracting foreign investment to the local economy. Prior to this, Lisa led customer success & operations for a Boston-based healthcare software start-up, after she established the US presence for Quantum Discoveries (QD), a privately funded data-driven technology mineral discovery company, which she had been instrumental in building in Chile. Prior to this, she held the role of COO for CSIRO Chile, Australia's national science research agency's permanent office in Santiago, Chile.

A founding member of Australia’s Aid Program in Latin America and the Children’s University (University of Adelaide), she holds a bachelor's degree in Social Anthropology and Government & International Relations with First Class Honours in Gender & Cultural Studies from the University of Sydney.
