Molly is a Product Owner who brings together her background in communications and project management to create amazing outcomes for the products she works on and the people she works with. Molly has honed her product craft through strategy, development and implementation across various industries, including publishing, non-profit and tech. With her experience she brings a range of perspectives, but always an open mind. In her earnest pursuit of learning and personal growth, Molly both encourages and welcomes feedback, as well as champions the benefits of observation; taking the time to understand a project’s requirements, limitations and nuances before jumping in with “expertise.”

Molly’s currently working with Common Code – a company on a mission to build products, communities, and enterprises for a better world.
