Liz’s career spans more than 27 years in senior roles across both corporate and public sectors. She has experienced the challenges of prioritising a work life balance while carving out a career path and fulfilling multiple roles as a leader, a mother, a sister, a friend, and a partner.

Liz has successfully transitioned across four sectors ranging from State Government through to retail and FMCG as well as professional services and hospitality. Her experience lies principally in strategic communications, stakeholder management, marketing strategy and long-term project planning.

Her philosophy is that great leadership is based on a combination of professional experience and technical expertise; personal empowerment, and the art and science of emotional intelligence.
