The Connect Project

The Connect Project is a collaboration between 5 artists from the fields of fashion, jewellery, interior and industrial design.

They sat together in the studio making, chatting and bonding with each other. The tactile artwork shares the artist’s journey, memory and sentiments with you.

The Connect Project is an experimental and creative project that brings five artists together from different fields to create tactile artworks that are meant to evoke feelings and emotions in the person who interacts with them.

By encouraging people to explore the sensation of the artwork and seek a connection with themselves or others, the artists aim to create an immersive and impactful experience that goes beyond just visual appeal and leaves a lasting impact on those who participate.

The tactile artworks created as part of the Connect Project were crafted intuitively by the following artists:

By working intuitively and collaborating with each other, these artists were able to bring their unique perspectives and experiences to the project, resulting in a diverse and rich collection of artworks. The tactile nature of the artwork provides a new way of experiencing art, encouraging people to engage with the pieces in a more sensory and emotional way.
