Eleanor integrates a diverse background in education, performing arts, innovation, community-building and publishing.

As an experience designer and facilitator, she's led international innovation programs and hackathons, mentored cross-cultural teams, and interviewed inspiring people including a Nobel Laureate, a Grammy nominee, and entrepreneurs in Australia, the US, UK, Singapore and Israel.

In 2021 she led the digital community transformation of Aussie scale-up HEX, launching their online platform, HEX World. She consults about designing online experiences using tools like Circle, Butter, Slack and Topia.

A passionate neurodiversity advocate (and proudly neurodivergent herself ♾🌈), in 2022 she founded Neuro Studio, a community for supporters of neurodiversity in learning and work places.
