Eleanor Smith

Eleanor integrates a diverse background in education, performing arts, innovation, community-building and publishing.
As an experience designer and facilitator, she's led international innovation programs and hackathons, mentored cross-cultural teams, and interviewed inspiring people including a Nobel Laureate, a Grammy nominee, and entrepreneurs in Australia, the US, UK, Singapore and Israel.
In 2021 she led the digital community transformation of Aussie scale-up HEX, launching their online platform, HEX World. She consults about designing online experiences using tools like Circle, Butter, Slack and Topia.
A passionate neurodiversity advocate (and proudly neurodivergent herself βΎπ), in 2022 she founded Neuro Studio, a community for supporters of neurodiversity in learning and work places.

Synopsis: In this panel, we will hear from five leaders who have made it their business to create successful and impactful enterprises by championing diversity, equity and inclusion across their organisations in unique ways. They'll share their challenges, advice and outline what a successful D&I program looks like in practice.
