Rose Karlo is a Social Change Maker , Entrepreneur and Founder of Diverse Connections multicultural consulting. In 2003, she arrived to Australia as a refugee fleeing war in South Sudan.

A community advocate turned social entrepreneur, Rose has a wealth of experience working in the government and private sectors. After founding African Women’s Association, Rose was exposed to the huge gap facing multicultural small businesses and community leaders in particular women owners. Therefore, Diverse Connections was established to bridge the gap between multicultural community businesses and service providers. Since inception in 2021, Diverse Connections has inspired and emperor 30 women led businesses across Australia in kind.
