Mr Andrea Comastri, Co-founder and CEO, Hotel Etico Australia, the first social enterprise hotel in Australia, employing and training young people with disability.
Andrea is a strong believer in the transformative power of social enterprises to facilitate change and create sustainable impact and an expert changemaker with over 25 years’ experience in and around the NFP sector.
He has held management, executive and director roles in charities and philanthropy, advisory roles in State and Federal advisory bodies, and worked in many areas of need and disadvantage (disability, youth, homelessness, domestic violence, drug and alcohol, aged care and education). He is an Honorary Industry Fellow at the UTS Business School.

Synopsis: In this panel, we will hear from five leaders who have made it their business to create successful and impactful enterprises by championing diversity, equity and inclusion across their organisations in unique ways. They'll share their challenges, advice and outline what a successful D&I program looks like in practice.
