Abiola is an experienced equity and inclusion consultant, social Innovator, service transformational coach and successful entrepreneur.

 Abiola has a Graduate Certificate of Management of Not-for-Profit Organisations from Australian Catholic University, where she was honoured with the Inaugural Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Innovation Alumni Award 2020. She is also a 2021 alumni of the For-Purpose Executive Leadership Program at Melbourne Business School.

Synopsis: Our experienced panel of purpose-led leaders and leadership experts will discuss themes and challenges of leading workforces through uncertain times. Each speaker will take a deep dive into a skill they needed to develop, grow, harness and embed in their organisation or current research trends and findings. Speakers will outline practical tips and advice for leading in the modern world. This session will start with short talks from each speaker and lead into a Q&A discussion.
