Susanna brings over 27 years of experience in the banking industry, having developed a diverse skill set through roles such as Administration and Branch Manager and Sales and Service Manager. Her contributions extend beyond traditional banking; she led initiatives like the Victoria University Student Challenge and Connected Communities, and has driven coaching programs that inspire professional growth.
Currently serving as Operations Manager for Go Care, Susanna develops operational strategies that optimise processes, elevate service delivery, and achieve organisational goals. She focuses on collaborative efforts that improve customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
A visionary and inspirational leader, Susanna believes in fostering positive impact for people and the planet. She is passionate about social enterprises, community building, and delivering solutions that lead to sustainable impact. Her extensive experience in community engagement and project management positions her as a valuable connector of people and resources within her field.
As Chair of the Fair Trade Association of Australia and New Zealand, she advocates for fair trade principles and supports the fair trade vision through strategic partnerships. Her leadership also extends to her role as a founding board member and former co-chair of Moreland Early Years Management (2016-2022), a not-for-profit organisation committed to quality early childhood education.
