Pete Ekstedt is the Executive Director of Business Development at ACRE (Australian Centre for Rural Entrepreneurship), a world recognised social enterprise dedicated to unlocking the power of entrepreneurship and social enterprise to forge a thriving future for rural Australia. Throughout his diverse career, Pete has served as a corporate executive, charity CEO, counsellor, business coach, university lecturer and consultant.

Pete first developed a passion for social enterprise in 2009/10 when he was executive sponsor of a network of 51 micro-enterprise development centres spread across the Asia-Pacific region.
