Strategy and People

Shani recently graduated with a Master of Environmental Management and Development from ANU, having previously completed a Bachelor of Environments and a concurrent Diploma in Global Issues at the University of Melbourne. She is very passionate about sustainability and social justice with prior experience in corporate sustainability, interning with the UN Global Compact Local Network Sri Lanka and Unilever Sri Lanka.

Led by her curiosity about social business and interest in collaborative change-making, Shani first began volunteering with Moral Fairground in 2016. Since then, she has worn many hats, finally settling into her role in People and Strategy!

Shani works as a Research Analyst at Clear Horizon Consulting whilst continuing to moonlight as a Research Assistant at the ANU.
