Bessie is currently working as the General Manager, the Greater China Region, in an ASX listed company in Melbourne, and in charge of the business expansion in overseas market. In the meantime, she is also responsible for company’s business and cultural consultancy within Asia-pacific regions.

Graduated from the ANU in Master of Asia-Pacific Studies and Diplomacy, Bessie has always been fascinated with business development, circular economy, international relations, cultural identity, environmental sustainability and social enterprise. She has worked for various NGOs such as United Nations Association of Australia (UNAA) and the APEC Conference, and also volunteered in different communities such as the Indigenous Hawaiian Community in Honolulu, and a couple of Melbourne-based social enterprises for Asylum seekers and refugees in Australia. Apart from these, teaching has always held an important position at her heart and she has more than 6 years of university teaching experience in both Australia and overseas. As a slash generation, Bessie also has some side hustles like acting, and you may find her in some TV shows or movies like the Neighbours.
