Topic: How to Create Change and Persuade Government
Synopsis: Do you need to influence the government to create the social or environmental change you desire? Government can be tough to influence – politicians are only interested in whether they will win the next election, and bureaucrats can tie you in knots with red tape and indecision. If you want some practical tips on how to persuade the government that your big idea should be supported, then this session is for you.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss 7 ideas on how to bring about change when engaging with the government, including some examples of success.
