Natalya Turkina, PhD (University of Melbourne), is a researcher, educator, and consultant who empowers organisations to lead in social and environmental sustainability through impactful cross-sector collaborations. Natalya’s innovative holistic “Culture, Commitment, Communication” (3Cs) Model offers corporations and social enterprises a practical framework that can guide them toward deeper, conflict-resilient collaborations through supportive organisational cultures, purpose realignment, and open communication.

In her upcoming workshop “Paradigmatical Shifts for Long-Term Collaboration between Corporations and Social Enterprises,” Natalya will demonstrate how to implement the CCC Model to formulate and implement impactful long term collaborations. Natalya has published her research on cross-sector partnerships, and corporate social and environmental (ir)responsibility in esteemed journals like the Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, and Management Studies Insights, and has contributed as a keynote speaker, roundtable organiser, and facilitator at national and international events
