Love to Cook, Cook with Love: Nourishment is critical to a life well lived, and we believe the best way to fulfill this need is to teach others how to prepare delicious meals. Open Table will also drop in to share how a small charitable organization can fight food insecurity and food waste, while celebrating diverse and delicious meals

I have had a lifelong affair with food - starting with my origins in Northern Borneo coupled with my South Asian heritage and South East Asian roots. I grew up surrounded by influences ranging from Northern India and across to Sulawesi - and that was just at home! By age 16, I was fortunate to have travelled most of the world which only added to my culinary exposure - and continues to. Our aim, if you're new to cooking, is to teach you basic techniques so that you can cook delicious meals for yourself. And if you know your way around the kitchen, we hope to enrich your culinary tapestry by sharing lesser known techniques and uncommon ingredients & flavours to shake up your kitchen creations!
