African fun dance for beginners

Recommendations:

• Find a safe space to dance in. Remove anything that could trip or break.

• Wear comfortable dance clothes

• Have a bottle of water and sweat towel handy

• Follow the class to your best ability, modify the moves to suite your body and avoid moves that could harm you in any way.

• Be open to learn, connect and have lots of fun!

• Smile!!!
