It should change to : By registering your entry for the Ethical Enterprise Award (EEA) you are accepting the terms and conditions of entry.

  1. Entry to the EEA is open to Australian registered businesses or organisations only.

  2. Entry must be made by the ethical enterprise entering the award (no third party nominations).

  3. Only one entry per enterprise will be allowed.

  4. Prizes cannot be interchanged or exchanged.

  5. The decision of the judging panel is final and cannot be appealed or contested.

  6. Entry to this award opens on the 1st of September 2020 and closes on 30th of September 2020 at 11.59pm.

  7. All entries are free.

  8. Entries are for ethical enterprises that have been in operation in 2017/2018 and are 24 months/2 years or older.

  9. To enter the award, the EEA Application Form must be completed and returned to Moral Fairground. Incomplete entries will not be considered.

  10. Past applicants are entitled to re-enter the award, but a new application will need to be completed.

  11. Past winners are entitled to re-enter the award but the reason for entry will need to differ from the winning entry. For example, it would need to be for a separate program or initiative.

  12. Moral Fairground reserves the right to request additional information, ask for additional referees, contact referees and verify the validity of the entries.

  13. If you are a finalist you will likely be asked to come to a venue to do a presentation of your entry with the support of an AV Team and host or do an online presentation. If you are not personally able to attend, you may choose a representative of your organisation to do the attend on your behalf.

  14. If you are selected as a finalist, you or a representative of your organisation MUST attend the Award Announcement Ceremony, inability to attend could result in being disqualified from the process.

  15. If you or a representative of your organisation is not able to attend the Award Announcement Ceremony on the 28th of October 2020 your application will be withdrawn.

  16. As a finalist or winner of the Ethical Enterprise Award you might be asked from time to time, to write a blog, share a story, present at one of our events and provide us with the progress of your enterprise.

  17. If you are one of the winners of the Ethical Enterprise Award, you will be asked to do a short presentation about the progress of your enterprise at the next Ethical Enterprise Award dinner or presentation at future Moral Fairground events.

  18. EEA applicants grant to Moral Fairground a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use trademarks, logos and branding for the purpose of EEA marketing and branding.

  19. Each EEA applicant warrants that it owns the trademarks, logo, branding and photos provided to Moral Fairground and have the right to licence, use and publish this material in accordance with this Agreement.


Using the EEA artwork

The winner and finalists will have permission to use the EEA logos on their marketing material and collateral. The Ethical Enterprise Award Logo is the intellectual property of:
