Title: Wayapa Wuurrk Lunch Activation
Activity: Grab your lunch and join us for an earth connection activity.
We will introduce you to Wayapa Wuurrk, a modality that weaves storytelling, narrative meditation, and a "movement practise" that draws on ancient wisdom and honours how first nations people have connected to our home Earth to nurture it for now and for future generations. Think reciprocity, balance, relational, regenerative and connected.
We're going to start on time, so we invite you to eat your lunch while we move through this session. Fingers crossed, the weather will be conducive to hosting this activity outside closer to nature.
