Carmel Riley, a proud Gippslander with 20 years of experience, has worked across private, government, and non-profit sectors. As a neurodivergent member of the Queer community, she lives in West Gippsland with her partner and three children. A passionate social justice advocate, Carmel is nationally recognized for her innovative freelance consultancy model that promotes inclusive leadership and creates meaningful work opportunities for the underemployed. Her talk will explore how the CRSE Group's transitional employment model uncovers hidden talent, establishing them as experts in inclusive leadership training.
