Student Engagement

Natalya is a Research Fellow at RMIT University. She obtained her PhD from the University of Melbourne in 2019. In her PhD project, Natalya looked at how institutional environments (i.e., norms, beliefs, rules, values and conventions) condition the ways a mining MNC and its stakeholders contest corporate responsibility toward communities in Australia and Mongolia. She has 10+ years of professional experience in the Research and Education, Business and Government sectors in Europe and Australia. Natalya is passionate about research in the areas of Stakeholder Engagement, Cross-Sector Partnerships, Corporate Social and Environmental Sustainability and Responsibility and in overall in the critical analysis of how international and national institutional contexts condition the way organisations and individuals understand and practice ethics and sustainability
