Karina is a passionate social entrepreneur, facilitator, mentor, and community leader. She is the co-founder and CEO (Chief Empathy Officer) at Mosaik Experiences, a Social Enterprise that believes in the power of the art and culture to improve well-being, embrace diversity and inclusion and enhance quality of life.

She has 17 years of experience as a project manager in the corporate and government sector internationally and in her current role as a social innovator and entrepreneur, language, cross cultural and social entrepreneurship facilitator, consultant and mentor in the not-for-profit and social enterprise sector here in Melbourne and South America (Colombia).

Karina’s deep commitment is to enable social change by supporting disadvantaged people, learning journey, and inspiring people to create a better world.

Title: Creative Connection Workshop

Synopsis: this workshop will allow the audience to connect and support each other and engage in activities that boost mental, emotional, and physical health and entrepreneurial skills. The workshop incorporate: Well-being strategies, Physical, emotional, and mental health approach, Cultural awareness practices, Personal and social entrepreneurial development skills. Similarly, the workshop can open the space to co-design practices in order to explore potential projects or activities that benefit the maximization of social impacts from diverse sectors and their intersectionalities.
