Title: The Social Contract - a case study in building sustainable organisational culture.

Synopsis: If work is no longer a place, and our workplace is no longer where work happens, how do we create a sustainable organisational culture?

A Social Contract uncovers what really matters to a team - what they value, how they work best and how they prefer to engage. It takes an organisation beyond values and into the behaviours that redefine how we work together and shape our organisational culture.

The future of work has fundamentally shifted, for good.

Our case study will share the experiences of different organisations as they consciously create a sustainable culture for their workplace of the future. Along the way, we’ll share some practical ideas to help shape and grow a sustainable organisational culture for your organisation.

Title: How can we help you? Power Hour

Synopsis: This session draws together leading experts across various fields whose mission is to support organisations create impact and reach their goals. They’ll outline how they amplify, grow and support organisations and how to best utilise their services and resources.
