Francesca has over 15 years diverse experience working in social innovation and social impact in the for-purpose sector. Francesca is dedicated to reducing social inequality within Australia and looking at ways we can create a more just society for all and ensuring that we work with purpose.

As a co-founder of a social enterprise, Francesca is focused on developing innovative practice for systems change, measuring outcomes and reducing inequality. Francesca is a lecturer at UNSW on social innovation and systems change, and is a Nasdaq Entrpreneur Milestone Maker.
