By registering your entry for the Early Ethical Entrepreneur Pitch Competition (EEEPC) you are accepting the terms and conditions of entry.

  1. Entry to the EEEPC is open to Australian registered businesses or organisations only that have been trading for 24 months or less or that are at concept stage. Check Application Process for more info

  2. If your Enterprise is at the concept stage and not yet registered as a business, you may still apply.

  3. Entry must be made by the party entering the award (no third party nominations).

  4. Only one entry per enterprise will be allowed.

  5. Prizes cannot be interchanged or exchanged.

  6. The decision of the judging panel is final and cannot be appealed or contested.

  7. Entry to this competition opens on 17 August 2022 and closes on 21 October 2022.

  8. All entries are free.

  9. To enter the pitch competition, the EEEPC Application Form must be completed and returned to Moral Fairground. Incomplete entries will not be considered.

  10. Past applicants are entitled to re-enter the pitch, but a new application will need to be completed.

  11. Past winners are entitled to re-enter the Early Pitch but the reason for entry will need to differ from the winning entry; your enterprise will still need to be less than 24 months or you must present a different pitching idea.

  12. Moral Fairground reserves the right to request additional information, ask for additional referees, contact referees and verify the validity of the entries.

  13. EEEPC applicants grant to Moral Fairground a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use trademarks, logos and branding for the purpose of EEEPC marketing and branding.

  14. Each EEEPC applicant warrants that it owns the trademarks, logo, branding and photos provided to Moral Fairground and has the right to licence, use and publish this material in accordance with this Agreement.

  15. If you are a finalist you will likely be asked to come to a venue to present your pitch with the support of an AV Team and host. If you are not personally able to do a pitch, you may choose a representative of your organisation to do the pitch on your behalf.

  16. If you or a representative of your organisation is not able to attend the pitch and the announcement date on the 23 February 2023, your application will be withdrawn.

  17. As a finalist or winner of the Early Ethical Entrepreneur Competition, you might be asked from time to time, to write a blog, share a story, present at one of our events and provide us with the progress of your enterprise.

  18. As a finalist of the Early Ethical Entrepreneur Pitch Competition you will be provided with marketing assets from Moral Fairground and you will be required to promote that you are a finalist via your own communication networks using Moral Fairground Marketing assets.

The winner and finalists will have permission to use the EEEPC logos on their marketing material and collateral. The Early Ethical Entrepreneur Pitch Competition Logo is the intellectual property of:
