Sobah Non Alcoholic Beverages

Dr Clinton Schultz is a pioneer in every sense of the word. He's a proud Gamilaraay man, registered psychologist, home brewer and former chef who has combined his knowledge and love of Australian native foods with his passion for First Nation's culture and health to launch Australia's first non- alcoholic craft beer company - and the world's first First Nations owned and led non-alcoholic craft beer business - Sobah Non Alcoholic Beverages, alongside his wife Lozen.

With four years hard yakka under their belts, Sobah set the pace in Australia's fast growing non- alcoholic beverages sector with a focus on removing the stigma of socialising sober and a purpose led mission to champion Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, culture and healing. Clinton and Lozen built Sobah from scratch, from selling beers out of their native foods food truck business on the Gold Coast, to going door-to-door to bottle shops before non-alcoholic beers were popular, to securing nationwide distribution deals with Coles and Dan Murphys to selling their award winning non-alcoholic brews in New Zealand (and coming soon in Hong Kong and Singapore).

With Sobah putting down a marker for non-alcoholic craft in the industry leading Hottest 100 Aussie Craft Beers poll and their beers going toe to toe with the best of Australia's alcoholic craft brews in competitions in 2021, Sobah will be opening Queensland's first non-alcoholic craft brewery and native foods brew-cafe on Kombumerri country (aka the Gold Coast) in late 2022.
