As the founder and CEO of social enterprise ‘CURATE’, Chloe builds the capacity of communities and organisations through collaboration, engagement and learning, producing training and events online and face-to-face. She removes barriers to participation ensuring everyone has opportunity to be seen, heard and engaged.

CURATE is an initiative of Strategic Artistry Pty Ltd, a social enterprise supporting not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises in their work to address the UN SDGs. Strategic Artistry is engaged as a consultancy to build the capacity of governments, organisations, industries & communities, to deliver community outcomes and social impact.

As Consultant Business Advisor and Facilitator for the Business Victoria Toolkits Program, Chloe supports businesses across Victoria's regions through presenting masterclasses and delivering mentoring through the Small Business Bus.

City Precinct is the small business association for the Melbourne CBD, and as President, Chloe partners with the City of Melbourne to revive and reactivate the city. Chloe is a Senior Industry Fellow with RMIT University FORWARD, the Centre for Future Skills and Workforce Transformation, developing next-generation skills solutions that will catalyse workforce development in the future-oriented industries crucial to Victoria's economic renewal.

Synopsis: By exploring alignment between what you are good at, what you love, what you can be paid for and what the world needs, you will identify the sweet spot, where you can experience fulfilment and purpose.
