Ben Neville

Coordinator, Leadership for Social Impact, Centre for Workplace Leadership

Ben Neville is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Marketing, Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne in Australia. Ben researches and teaches broadly across the many areas of business and society. He is a Section Editor of the Corporate Responsibility (Theory and Qualitative) section of the Journal of Business Ethics and he is on the Editorial Board of Business and Society. Ben has been an active member of IABS since his first meeting in Florence in 2007, where the quality of presentations and conversation was as impressive as the red wine.

Ben holds a number of leadership roles at the University of Melbourne, which include external and internal facing roles aimed at the integration of ethics and sustainability. These include the Gourlay Fellow of Ethics in Business, Sustainability in the Curriculum Fellow (Business & Economics), Chair of the University’s Fair Trade Steering Committee, Coordinator of the Leadership for Social Impact research stream, and Coordinator of the Governance, Policy and Markets Stream in the Master of Environment.
