Max Lynam

CEO & Founder –

Having always had a strong drive for social justice, Max Lynam was moved by the Rwandan genocide to become an Australian Army officer and join UN peacekeeping missions. Back home Max was also a bit of a computer geek having built a multimillion-dollar e-commerce business supporting Australian farmers.

Over the past 10 years, Max has dedicated his efforts towards positive impact but was shocked to find that even the biggest social and humanitarian organisations are still unable to get meaningful insight into which activities deliver the positive outcomes.

Using a combination of army leadership skills, farmers cooperative approaches and his tech coding skills, Max drew together a passionate and diverse group of individuals from various locations to build a workers cooperative which is now called A unique AI platform, leverages billions of data points and aligns them to social impact frameworks such as UNSDGS, IRIS, Drawdown, and BCorp. For the first time, it allows organisations to easily optimize outcomes and impact in real-time.

The AI platform has now been developed and deployed on Google Cloud infrastructure. The team is currently scaling platform availability through a number of industry pilots, with the core purpose of enabling optimised outcomes for people and planet and creating systemic sustainable change.
