Paul Holland is a senior commercial manager who partners with executives and department heads to help understand, transform & improve business functions.

After spending nearly a decade working in infrastructure & higher education sectors for multimillion dollar organisations, Paul knows what truly drives people, and what is involved in leading significant change programs to deliver overall value and better outcomes for organisations.  He is able to quickly understand complex organisational problems, and simplify these issues in order to clearly communicate them, align stakeholders and implement change.

Paul has successfully worked on activities that have led to significant change within organisations including; re-engineering of existing processes, mergers and acquisitions and implementing new system & processes.  He has successfully negotiated various large complex projects to help deliver better end user outcomes.

Since joining Melbourne University, Paul has been focused on helping to transform and improve the services delivered to both students and academic staff.  One of Paul’s key strengths has been applying innovative thinking and a fresh approach to help solve long standing complex organisational problems.

Paul has strong stakeholder management skills, and is able to influence change at an organisational and executive level to help drive innovation and ongoing continuous improvement.

Paul holds a Commerce Degree from Deakin University and an Executive MBA from Monash University.
