Associate Director and Co-Founder, Spark Strategy

Felicity brings an international perspective to her engagements, a result of her professional and academic experience. Having completed an MBA at Peking University, Felicity has had both a corporate and social business consulting career.

As a founding member of the Spark team, Felicity has facilitated international strategy projects, developed an expertise in not-for-profit business model design, and has a deep understanding of collective impact. She has comprehensive industry knowledge in the areas of community health, disability and mental health, recently co-authoring a briefing paper for the National Mental Health Commission review.
