Dr Kaushik Sridhar

National Sustainability Manager, Regis Healthcare

Dr. Kaushik Sridhar is the National Sustainability Manager at Regis Healthcare, Advisory Board Member at Lord Mayor Charitable Foundation, Business Coach at Latrobe University’s Accelerator Program and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Melbourne and RMIT. He has spent the last ten years working across various industries in business development, environmental management, sustainability research, sustainability reporting, sustainability assurance and sustainability advisory roles. At Regis he is responsible for developing and implementing their sustainability strategy, initiatives and partnerships across Australia, and also communicating the firm’s sustainability activities internally and externally through a broad range of media channels. Prior to joining Regis, Kaushik has worked at KPMG, EY, Macquarie University and Unisys Australia where he managed multi-million dollar projects in areas including sustainability assurance, sustainability strategy and reporting, data management, sustainability research and stakeholder engagement.

Kaushik is Green Star Accredited Profession by the Green Building Council of Australia, a Certified Environmental Practitioner by the Environmental Institute of Australia and New Zealand and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. Kaushik is a PhD and MBA graduate from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He has published over 20 academic and professional papers/articles on sustainability in international peer-reviewed journals as well as presented at international conferences in Auckland, Bangkok, Melbourne, Paris and Sydney.



EEC 2018 TALK: A Pragmatic Passion

How does one go about finding and establishing purpose in life and work? I will share my journey on my pursuit of purpose that has led me across continents to where I am today. Through personal stories that will inspire and challenge delegates to think about how they can be changemakers personally and professionally, I will also share my unique approach to outworking purpose, which I describes as “a pragmatic passion”. Prior to joining Regis Healthcare, I was the National Sustainability Manager at KPMG, and haves also worked at EY, Macquarie University and Unisys Australia, managing projects in areas including sustainability assurance, sustainability strategy and research.
