Natalie Dillon


Natalie has over 20 years marketing and business management experience in leading Australian and International companies, and most recently as Co-Founder of 3Fish, an ethical clothing company and provider of sustainable clothing and merchandise.

3Fish, winner of the 2011 United Nations World Environment Day Award, and the Victorian Premier’s Sustainability Award, worked with thinkers and doers, the likes of The Body Shop, John Butler Trio, The Department of Sustainability & Environment, World Vision, Compassion, Origin Energy, and universities all over Australia most notably Deakin University and RMIT.

3Fish produced over 250,000 fairtrade and organic cotton products, using organic dyes and inks, recycled packaging, and producing garments carbon neutral, saving an estimated 20 tonnes of toxic chemicals from being used.

An active promoter of ethical options, Natalie has also presented at a host of conferences and events, including the International Federation of Home Economics Global Conference, earning 3fish its place as a case study in the Victorian Textile Design curriculum, and has been a guest lecturer at a number of Australia’s leading Textile and Fashion Design Universities.
