The Fair Trade Market form part of the various activities Moral Fairgrounds hosts every year to promote fair trade during the Fair Trade Fortnight. The Fair Trade Market offers visitors the opportunity to engage with local and innovative enterprises; opportunity to shop ethically in time for Mothers’ Day.
The Fair Trade Market offers a great opportunity for exhibitors to connects with consumers, to get your products or services to thousands of visitors and a perfect way to demonstrate how your organisation commitment to fair trade is changing lives and creating opportunities for the better for communities all over the world.

Fair Trade Market Exhibitors Sunday 4th of May 2014, Atrium Federation Square, Melbourne

The Fair Trade Market 2014 is one of the components of the Victorian Fair Trade Festival, this is a very popular destination for visitors and is now part of the Melbourne annual calendar of events.
The Fair Trade Market falls the week before Mothers’ Day to encourage visitors conscious shopping during gift giving time. The Market will also offer a number of activities, displays, and entertainment. This is the third year we are running the market in the Atrium at Federation Square expecting around 15,000 visitors.

Moral Fairground wants the Victorian Fair Trade Festival to be authentic in its mission to have a positive impact on the environment and people by supporting fair and ethical trade and to Third World producers and Ethical business.

Credibility in a Fair + Ethical Festival is everything. When consumers see the Fair Trade Certified label, they know without a shadow of a doubt that what they are buying is made in an economically just and ecologically sustainable fashion.

The below criteria has been established to ensure the authenticity of products and services that are exhibited and thus the integrity and credibility of the show to attendees. Moral Fairground organisers screen all applications and reserve the right, at any time, to deny entry to the show any company, product or service which they believe does not meet these criteria.
